Courier support for hotel concierge and guest desks
A guest desk may need a package collected, a forgotten belonging moved or a document delivered while the guest is away. This service covers the physical courier leg and the reception handover.
Give the courier a single pickup contact
Reception and concierge teams should agree who will hand over the package. Tell us whether the item is at the front desk or with another authorised department and when it will be ready. This avoids sending a courier before the hotel has located or prepared it.
Arrange delivery while the guest is out
Check whether the destination hotel accepts delivery for that guest. Use the agreed reception contact and guest name; do not assume that an unattended package can be left. If the guest has moved hotels or checked out, update the destination before the courier departs.
Items left after checkout
The hotel first confirms that it holds the item and that it may be released. Our city lost-property service covers that recovery workflow. The courier booking then specifies the pickup, any agreed packing and the local handover or onward transport requested by the guest.
Multiple guest requests and office paperwork
For several packages, identify each destination and recipient separately. Explain which item has a fixed deadline and which can wait for an agreed window. We review the actual route and size of the load before confirming capacity; a concierge request does not automatically qualify for immediate delivery.
