Build the sequence before arranging trips
Tell us which step must happen first. A store purchase cannot be collected before it is ready; a hotel handover depends on reception having the item and permission to release it. We review the dependencies so you can see which tasks can be arranged together and which are awaiting confirmation from someone else.
Keep purchases and delivery instructions separate
For a shopping request, identify the product and who approves its price or any substitution. For collection of something you already own, identify the holding contact instead. A courier booking alone does not authorise a purchase. Agree what happens if the requested product is unavailable or the pickup location changes before asking anyone to travel.
Coordinating while you are in Europe
Choose one decision-maker who can be reached from abroad, and provide a local contact wherever a handover is needed. Use Istanbul local time for appointments and deadlines. If you need the result delivered to your home country, describe that as an additional shipping step so packing and transport acceptance can be reviewed before the local work is committed.
Choose a focused service for a single task
Use the document-assistance page when institutional readiness and permission are the main issue. Use office courier for a straightforward business handover, or the international shipping page when the parcel is ready to leave Turkey. Concierge coordination is useful when several practical tasks need to be joined into one agreed plan.
