Tell us whether the sender has already packed the parcel and can hand it to a courier. If your belongings are at a hotel, office or another holding location, we must first confirm who can release them. Lost property held by an airport needs a separate release check before it becomes a shipping task. These differences affect both preparation and cost.
Preparing a useful shipping enquiry
Begin with a description of the contents, approximate size if known and the recipient’s country and postal code. A photograph of the item can help clarify packing needs. A suitcase should have a contents list before transport is confirmed. Avoid sending passwords or unrelated personal documents. Full recipient and declaration details are requested when needed for the agreed shipment.
Returning belongings to your home country
For a delivery to the United States, United Kingdom, France, Canada, Germany or Japan, give the actual country and postal code at the outset. Each destination needs its own transport review; “Europe” or “North America” is not precise enough for a quote. Flag electronics, liquids, fragile objects or unusual contents. We review the proposed option and clarify the recipient information it needs. Ask which charges are included and which destination requirements still need confirmation.
When parcel forwarding is the better starting point
If you are ordering from a Turkish retailer and need a receiving address or several purchases combined, discuss the receiving arrangement before you place the orders. That is a different starting point from collecting an existing personal item. Once the parcel is ready, its contents, packing and delivery destination determine the onward shipping plan.

Describe the exact item and its condition. Electronics require an eligibility and packing review for the proposed transport option before acceptance.
Can you collect before I return to Turkey?
A remote collection can be reviewed when the sender or holding location agrees to release the item and the necessary instructions are in place.
