Start with the holding office

An item left on an aircraft or held by an airline may follow a different process; the location and release contact matter more than the airline on your ticket.
Collection after you have left Turkey
You can begin the request from abroad. We need the item description, the holding office and the delivery destination to assess the task. The reference helps identify the case, but you can ask an initial question without knowing the parcel weight or dimensions. Before dispatch, we will explain which authorisation details the holding office requests. Do not put passport copies or document numbers into a public review.
Delivery to Europe or within Turkey
After release is confirmed, we review a local handover or an international shipment for the actual contents and destination. A phone, a laptop and a suitcase need different packing and transport checks. Share the destination country and postal code, including for the UK or an EU country, so we can assess the route. Collection confirmation is not a promise of a particular arrival date.
What the quote needs to cover
Ask which parts of the task are included: collection, any agreed packing and onward transport. Office opening hours, release approval, courier availability and the item’s eligibility can affect the plan. If your flight is soon, give the local departure date and time before accepting a pickup arrangement. We confirm feasibility before you rely on an airport handover.
